I am delighted to be working with a fantastic membership organisation in search of an experienced and detail-oriented Temporary Administrative Assistant to support the People and Governance functions. This is an immediate start, part-time (4 days per week), fully remote role for 6 – 8 weeks and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys structured processes, and values confidentiality. 

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Complaints Officer to administer the complaints process using documented procedures and templates.
Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks at each stage of the process.
Maintain sensitive records securely and handle confidential information appropriately.
Collaborate with the Senior People Officer to administer people-related processes, utilising templates and following documented guidelines.
Assist with updating, organising, and tidying digital files to ensure consistency and easy accessibility.

Required Skills and Experience:
Proven experience in administrative roles, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, ensuring deadlines are met.
Proficient in using digital tools and systems for file management and communication.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comprehensive training and ongoing support provided by the Complaints Officer and Senior People Officer.
