We are recruiting on behalf of a large, well-established business in Borehamwood, seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the implementation of a central rates database - assisting in rolling out and managing a new system
  • Creating and maintaining records within the central rates database to ensure accuracy and up-to-date information
  • Collaborating with Sales Ledger, Credit Control, and Commercial teams to resolve any rate-related queries
  • Analysing and reconciling data across multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs
  • Contributing to the development of the central rates database, with a focus on automating processes to streamline operations
  • Ad-hoc duties as required to support the wider finance team and business

  • Previous experience in a finance or administrative role
