Purpose of role

Working closely with the Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategy and communications from both a creative and analytical perspective in a full 360 degree role.

General Overview;

  • Support the Marketing Manager in their daily role and help deliver the marketing and communications strategy in-line with pre-determined brand objectives.
  • Manage and execute day-to-day activities associated with all marketing including project management, activity tracking and reporting.
  • Help to support Marketing, Social Media, Sales Team, E-commerce, Education, Customer Support, Design, International Sales and all internal departments.
  • Support training other colleagues and most importantly, salons and spa partners.
  • Build relationships with and support management of third-party agencies, including PR and editorial, copywriters, collateral and merchandising production and printers - checking marketing copy, co-ordinating sign off of all marketing materials, ensuring the design and messaging meet brand objectives and guidelines.
  • Ensure all projects are completed within the given timescales and with given budget

Person Specifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years marketing experience
  • Degree educated in marketing or business
  • Passion for retail, fashion, cosmetics, jewellery, hair care or skin care
  • Highly organised with impeccable attention to detail
  • Very results driven
  • Creative yet Analytical
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
