What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the way – self-generate leads, follow up on warm opportunities, and drive client acquisition using our proven sales process
  • Build lasting connections – establish long-term relationships with clients and work closely with our dedicated teams to deliver outstanding recruitment solutions
  • Stay ahead of the game – educate clients on market trends and secure the best terms for everyone involved
  • Make it happen – ensure the sales process runs smoothly by collaborating with our candidate resource team, sending CVs, scheduling interviews, and providing feedback
  • Keep it fresh – share valuable insights and market info with clients every month to keep them informed and ahead

Your Skills:

  • Previous telesales/sales experience
  • A natural communicator with strong negotiation skills
  • Sales-savvy and ready to smash targets
  • Highly organised with an ability for spotting opportunities
  • A team player who thrives on collaboration and success
