Location: Borehamwood

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm (Hybrid)

Salary: £38,000 per annum + Benefits

Are you an experienced Credit Controller Supervisor looking to take the next step in your career?

My client is seeking a Credit Control Supervisor to lead a team of 4 Credit Controllers, managing high-volume live accounts whilst overseeing a large ledger for a well-established organisation in the healthcare sector.

The Role:

As the Credit Control Supervisor, you will take responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the credit control team. Your focus will be on managing overdue debt and ensuring a smooth and efficient credit control function across multiple business units. Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, mentoring, and motivating a team of 4 Credit Controllers.

- Managing a large ledger and handling high volumes of live accounts.

- Chasing overdue debt and resolving queries both internally and externally.

- Updating sales ledgers, cash forecasts, and debtors reports regularly.

- Liaising with the contracts and referrals teams on any funding-related queries or adjustments.

- Reporting regularly to senior management on debt status and account performance, using Excel for detailed reporting and analysis.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience in a credit control role with supervisory or leadership experience.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster a positive work environment amongst the team.

- Strong Excel skills, including proficiency with VLOOKUP and other key functions.

- A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
