Description
Key responsibilities of credit controller:
- Managing customer accounts and ensuring timely payment of their invoices.
- Resolving customer queries related to invoices and payments.
- Working closely with the sales team to implement credit policies and procedures.
- Monitoring customer accounts for delayed payments and other irregularities.
- Reviewing credit applications and references to set credit limits and terms.
- Producing monthly reports and statement reconciliations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer data.
- Assisting in the monthly close processes to ensure accurate financial reporting.
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
