Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be working with a fantastic organisation based within the Borehamwood area. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate with a customer service background to join a fantastic team to manage a their own portfolio of client accounts. The suitable candidate will come from a contact centre environment, have previous customer service experience, and be a great team player. The suitable candidate will need to be within a commutable distance to Borehamwood at they will initially be office based, some hybrid working will come into place after training.
Salary - 25,000 plus great benefits including 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, private medical and more
Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:30pm
Some of the duties will include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients from new applications to renewals, as well as handling any enquiries
- Handling inbound calls professionally within the team
- Processing new applications and renewals
- Acting as first point of contact over the phone and via email
- Processing cancellations and refund requests
- Dealing with policy amendments and escalating any concerns as required
- Assisting other departments where necessary
- Attending trade shows when required
- Working well as part of the team
The suitable candidate:
- Previous customer service experience within a contact centre environment
- Great team player
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Professional telephone manner
- Great relationship building skills
- Commutable distance to Borehamwood
