COMPANY PROFILE
Our well-established client, are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their small Customer Services Team.
If you have experience dealing with inbound calls and have a wonderful telephone manner this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Strong communication skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Packages.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work well on own initiative.
- Previous experience dealing with inbound calls and working in customer service
- Excellent customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing customer support via telephone, email, and live chat.
- Answering inbound customer calls.
- Provide customers with information on the company’s products and services.
- Ensure customer information is kept up to date on the system.
- Provide support to Customer Service Manager on an Ad-Hoc basis.
