COMPANY PROFILE

Our well-established client, are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their small Customer Services Team. 

If you have experience dealing with inbound calls and have a wonderful telephone manner this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Competent with Microsoft Packages.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well on own initiative.
  • Previous experience dealing with inbound calls and working in customer service
  • Excellent customer service skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing customer support via telephone, email, and live chat.
  • Answering inbound customer calls.
  • Provide customers with information on the company’s products and services.
  • Ensure customer information is kept up to date on the system.
  • Provide support to Customer Service Manager on an Ad-Hoc basis.
