Customer Service Assistant
Borehamwood, Hertfordshire
£35,000 + pension + parking
This role would suit an experienced Customer Service Assistant with excellent organisation skills who is seeking a varied role with lots and lots of responsibility.
Some of your duties will include:
- Acting as main point of contact for Subcontractors working in the field across a variety of industries
- Managing any employment, contract or payroll issues that occur and dealing with efficiency and effectively
- Ensuring Contractors using payroll service know how the service works and are aware of payment terms
- Obtaining valid ID from new workers and ensuring bank details are on system before first pay day
- Ensuring contracts and supporting documentation are received from Contractors prior to them starting work
- Handling any payment queries that occur and ensuing all issues are resolved
