The Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (German-Speaking) to join our client's team, a London-based luxury furniture brand. This is a 6-month contract with the potential to extend, offering a hybrid working model after a 3-month probation period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries via calls and a ticketing system in both German and English.
  • Provide after-sales service support, manage claims, and process orders in SAP (training provided if necessary).
  • Support both B2B and B2C customers, ensuring high-quality service at all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Native German speaker with fluent English (mandatory).
  • Must have proven experience in call centre customer service.
  • A team player with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience with SAP is highly beneficial but not essential.
  • B2B customer service experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
