A fast growing client of ours in Borehamwood, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Sales Support Administrator, to join their friendly head office team.

This role is perfect for who is a natural born coordinator! You will be the person that sits between the customer service and sales teams - and will be the go to person for anything relating to new orders. This includes speaking to the customers to book in deliveries, dealing with stock queries and arranging for site visits - plus everything in between!

Duties will involve:

  • Dealing with customer queries over the phone
  • Processing orders
  • Dealing with delivery issues
  • Sending invoices
  • Arrange and book travel for the field sales team
  • Support the marketing team with any administration
  • Logging information on the system
  • Responding to customers online via email
  • Booking in site visits
  • Dealing with in depth customer queries and liaising with other departments to find a resolution

This client is looking for someone who loves working at a fast pace and someone who understands how crucial "admin errors" can be for a business! You need to be a stickler for details and genuinely enjoy working as part of a team. They are like one big family there!
