We are looking for an Executive Assistant/ Office Manager to join a market leading Property Management company, renowned for excellence and forward-thinking ways of integrating tech to create a seamless experience for clients and customers. What You’ll Bring To The Table

  • Ensure office supplies are stocked, liaise with suppliers for repairs, and keep the office organised and functional.
  • Greet visitors for key meetings and training days while managing diaries and scheduling meetings.
  • Assist with onboarding new staff, including ordering IT equipment and supporting their setup.
  • Help create presentations for industry events and attend SMT meetings to take minutes and follow up on actions.
  • Support event planning and delivery while building relationships with key stakeholders.

Skills & Experience We're Looking For

  • Must have experience providing excellent customer service, both internally and externally, with empathy and professionalism.
  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant/Office Manager.
  • Must have experience in maintaining health and safety standards, using technology to track and improve safety routines.
  • Must have experience supporting financial management, staying within budgets, and seeking necessary information.
  • Must have experience ensuring compliance with company policies, data protection, and safe data handling practices.
