Executive AssistantPertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting for an Executive Assistant for our client that is based in the outskirts of Amersham.This role is to be an integral part of the senior management team, facilitating departmental operations, managing escalations, coordinating meetings, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Contract: Full-time office based workHours: 8 am-6 pm (flexible)Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (DOE)Duties:Facilitate the Head of Departments- Running regular stand-ups, ensuring briefing items, and preparing accordingly- Manage the Escalations queue and handle the lifecycle of Escalations from triage to resolution- Ensure they are assigned to the relevant person and handled promptly- Triage where required, ensuring urgent escalations get prompt attention- Handle escalations yourself where possible (eg client complaints, process gaps)Stand-up & Meeting Management- Schedule relevant people for stand-ups- Ensure any preparation is identified and completed ahead of the meeting- If required, attend meetings to take notes and identify follow-up actions- Ensure any follow-up actions are completedAdmin/Secretarial Support for Directors- Inbox and Calendar Management- Help arrange "clinic" timeslots for directors/seniors to spend time in the office with the general teamInternal Project Management- Keeping timelines & deliverables on track and holding stakeholders accountable- R&D- working with the Project Manager to help manage tasks assigned and keep things movingVendor Relationship Management- Building relationships with key partner contacts- Being the 'go-to' person for when we have questions, major issues or Escalations- Help build internal knowledge around vendors, assisting with commercials as requiredRequirements:- At least 5 years' experience in EA roles- Experience in project management- Be fully proficient in Microsoft Office and have strong Excel experience- Experience working in a fast-paced businessIf you would be interested, please apply or call Corinne at Pertemps.
