This IFA Admin Team Leader job in Borehamwood is ideal for an experienced Team Leader looking to join a growing company

You will be responsible for their Borehamwood and Reading offices and leading the team of IFA Administrators. You should split your across the offices, with flexibility to work from home part of the week as well.

You will be ensuring the Administration team runs smoothly and effectively whilst being a safe and motivational environment to work in. The business values the role you play and recognises your worth in helping the whole team to deliver a quality service.

As an IFA Administrator Team Leads, you will be focused on ensuring efficient administrative support. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the working environment runs smoothly and effectively in line with internal policy and regulation.
  • Manage all aspects of administrative work to ensure high quality service to advisors and clients in line with agreed SLA’s
  • Identify and manage development needs if the team and implement training plans
  • Assist on escalated cases with administrative support
  • Be involved in the recruitment process for building your team
  • Undertake quality assessment on work completed by the team members to ensure high quality work is produced

IFA Admin Team Leader Requirements

  • You should have previous experience as an IFA Administrator
  • You should have team management / leadership experience
  • You should have good knowledge of financial planning processes and how a Financial Advisor operates
  • Experience working within a larger firm would be preferred

IFA Admin Team Leader Benefits

  • Salary of £45,000 - £55,000
  • Plus company benefits including 4x DIS, PMI, Group Income Protection, Employee Assistance programme, medicash, 5% pension, discretionary bonus and 28 days holiday + bank holidays, rising up to 30 days
  • Hybrid working after being signed off as competent (typically in line with probation sign off)
  • 37.5 hours per week
