My client is currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, experienced Team Leader / Senior Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.Your new role

  • Raising Purchase Orders - Manage the process of raising POs for planned works, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Complaint Handling - Support the team to address and resolve complaints efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership - Lead and support a small team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Administrative Duties - Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the team.
  • Reporting - Update key information and KPI 'S accurately

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for administrative tasks such as Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Previous experience raising purchase orders
  • Previous experience in a senior / team leader role desirable
