Our client, a specialist travel brand is looking for a results-driven Acquisition Manager to lead multi-channel marketing campaigns, driving quality leads and customer growth. Reporting to the Marketing & Membership Manager, youll manage digital and offline campaigns, SEO, paid media, and brand partnerships, working closely with agencies and internal teams.

What Youll Do:

? Develop and execute the acquisition strategy across digital, print, SEO & social media
? Drive brand awareness & sales growth through paid media and partnerships
? Oversee organic social media content and customer review management
? Monitor performance data & optimise campaigns for maximum ROI
? Work closely with the Partnerships Executive to expand our brand reach

About You:

? Proven experience in acquisition marketing (B2C travel, tourism, leisure, or hospitality)
? Strong multi-channel marketing & analytical skills
? Confident communicator & relationship-builder
? Experience managing budgets & mentoring team members
? Passion for the outdoors and travel
