Are you a newly qualified accountant looking for the next step in your career? If so, join Elysium Healthcare as the FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Analyst.

With experience from finance, commercial or operations environments, you will be essential in securing Elysium’s economic health and future.

Reporting to the Director of FP&A, you will be responsible for managing the annual budgeting process, developing financial models and creating forecasts.

You will also be analysing data to identify trends, risks and opportunities, preparing and presenting financial reports, supporting Elysium’s strategic initiatives and setting and tracking KPIs.

As a FP&A Analyst, you will be:

  • Responsible for measuring and reporting business performance and KPIs
  • Running and maintaining existing Financial and Operational performance reporting
  • Building new reporting from available data sources
  • Inputting into forecasting and budgeting process as required
  • Business partner with Central departments
  • Doing Adhoc operational and financial analysis
  • Working up feasibilities for new services

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Be either a Finalist/Newly qualified accountant with excellent system skills
  • Have finance/operations/commercial experience
  • Have Advanced Excel user/modelling/macros
  • Be experienced in Data analysis with large data sets
  • Have experience of performance reporting
  • Have the ability to identify relationships, drawing logical conclusions and interpreting results for use in decision making
  • Have the ability to organise, prioritise, and manage tasks and projects to complete work efficiently
  • Have strong initiative, energetic work habits and dedication to fulfilling responsibilities
