Our client, an award-winning company specializing in property investment solutions, is expanding their Sales team.
They are seeking an Administrator with at least 6 months of experience in an office environment to start a career in Property Finance.
The role includes responsibilities such as arranging appointments, liaising with the underwriting team, and creating client quotes.
The salary for this position is up to £25,000, along with strong benefits and a fantastic working environment.
Candidates with an understanding of property or finance will find this role particularly beneficial.

The Administrator role is ideally suited to a candidate who is now looking to start a career in Property Finance.

Role Responsibilities:

Arranging and booking appointments for the BDM team

Liaising and dealing with the underwriting team

Creating files and terms for clients

Chasing outstanding documentation from clients

Creating and producing quotes for clients

Liaising and working with external business relationships ( solicitors and surveyors etc )

Requirements

Individual to have 6 months experience in a office environment.

Understanding of property/finance would be beneficial

Salary up to £25,000 plus strong benefits.
