Are you an experienced IBA Lead Technician or someone looking for the next step in their career in IBA and would prefer to work closer to home or maybe you have had some time out and returning to work. Whatever your situation this maybe a nice job for you.The role is to support this IBA Lead and your daily duties will look like this
- Monitor and oversee incoming payments and refunds
- Cancelling and maintaining finance agreements
- Reconciliations of cheques, credit card and BACS payments
- Monitor claims payments
- Oversee Credit Control
- Ensuring broker accounts are aligned with month end processes
- Support the IBA Lead with the management of the team
- Reviewing output of IBA team and escalate issues to the Lead
- Adhere to HFIS policies and procedures
- Regularly reviewing processes and systems to be the most efficient
You will need to be someone who is an experienced IBA Technician and has good knowledge of CASS rules, good with customers, good IT skills and happy to work in a team.The following benefits are included
