The opportunity:

Fancy working in a newly created SHEQ Advisor role in a company that will likely see its turnover double this year from £450m to £1bn? Where we are looking for a heavy hitting professional to come in, help grow a department in a hugely cash rich company and tell us what to do, not the other way around, as we grow this department.

To set the scene, we are a hugely established yet growing engineering & utility organization with a range of projects who, due to a huge increases on all sides of our business, need to bring in an SHEQ Advisor to oversee the power aspects across our various sectors such as utilities, energy, power, water etc.

We can look at any location in the UK as our offices are in multiple UK locations, so a lot work can be done from home.

It's all about you:

We are pretty open to the person here, but this is a role for an ambitious Environmental & Sustainably manager who wants to come in to a growing department on some really high profile projects across the South East.

You will need a strong SHEQ background, ideally from a power industry & DNO background. But we can look at utilities as well, more the person who wants an opportunity to grow as a professional.

But in a company that will realistically see its turnover double this year, this is a role for a candidate who really wants a role they can make their own and mould the role as it grows and the larger SHEQ department.

As we continue to grow, we are looking to build our SHEQ team as we take on bigger and more complex projects across the UK. So this will be a SHEQ Advisor on a range of our sites and projects within our power division.
