As we strive for perfection, we are looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our team atThe RadleyCare Home inBorehamwood.

Key Responsibilities as a Administrator:

  • Warmly welcome and greet all visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist senior staff with new resident admissions to create a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Handle staff recruitment tasks, maintain computerized staff rostering systems, and manage staffing documentation.
  • Manage receptionist and telephone duties, handling queries, taking messages, and following up appropriately.
  • Support the maintenance of financial systems, including income, banking, invoice preparation, and petty cash.
  • Provide secretarial support, operating information technology equipment and updating the internal intranet.
