My client are a leading Microsoft Solutions Partner in Modern Work & Infrastructure Azure with an Advanced Specialisation in Azure Virtual Desktop that have an immediate requirement for a 1st Line Technical Analyst . As 1st Line Technical Analyst you will be working directly with their clients on the latest technologies including Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, Windows, macOS, desktop, server management tools & networking products.

The 1st Line Technical Analys will have solid and demonstrable technical skills in technology such as M365, Azure, Intune, Entra, Windows Server, DNS, DHCP, Networking, Router, Switch, Firewall. Alongside your technical skills you will also have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills driven by customer service.

This is a great opportunity to join a leading Microsoft partner that can really help in the development of technical skills and certifications with a structured training plan. This role is office based so need to be based in the North London / Herts area.
