Imagine traveling the country, visiting different locations and people throughout the week, helping them to get the most from their clinical IT systems. 

You will provide Elysium employees with training in the IT applications used within the business, where and when required using the appropriate delivery methodology.

You'll report to the National IT Training Manager and be part of the large IT department that supports over 90 sites across England and Wales, where your enthusiasm for training will shine through and quickly have an impact on peoples ability and understanding of the clinical systems they need to use in their day-to-day. 

This role is Hybrid based in the South of England –this role will require travel to all Elysium sites including those in the south.

As an IT Trainer, you will be:

  • Delivering training in IT applications used within Elysium
  • Providing feedback on training interventions
  • Floorwalking at Elysium sites to provide On-site support in all / any of Elysium IT Systems
  • Recording and sharing of FAQ’s
  • Provision of on-site support
  •  Creating of learning material

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience of delivering training in a healthcare environment
  • Experience in coaching and training
  • An understanding of a variety of delivery methods in IT training and development
  • Experience in the use of creating instructional videos
  • Familiarity with Camtasia Studio advantageous
  • TAP or TPMA
