c £28,000pa plus benefits
Hybrid role with a minimum of 2 days a week in the offices in Hertfordshire
Exciting opportunity for a Partnerships Executive to join a dynamic team! If you’re a relationship-builder with a passion for outdoor travel, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage brand partnerships to grow reach and customer base

Curate and negotiate impactful sales and contra deals

Implement partnership campaigns that drive engagement and value

Research market trends and competitors to shape future collaborations

Work closely with internal teams to deliver compelling promotions
Experince required:

Previous experience in a partnerships role within travel, tourism, or hospitality

Strong networking skills and proven brand relationship experience

A passion for the great outdoors and active lifestyles

Excellent communication and project management skills

Creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
