Day-to-day of the role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, focusing on generating new and repeat business.
  • Gain new instructions for properties to market and effectively market these properties to potential buyers.
  • Complete contracts on properties and upsell additional products.
  • Prepare brochures for each property with photos and written descriptions.
  • Engage in canvassing the local area through door knocking and leaflet dropping.
  • Ensure all properties adhere to health and safety standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Full UK Driving Licence for a manual vehicle.
  • Experience as an Estate Agent ready to take the next step in their career.
  • Ability to work well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment.
  • Support your manager by helping to lead the team.
  • Renowned for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and under own initiative.
  • Good telephone manner and strong IT skills, including proficiency in basic Microsoft packages.
