Your Role
As an AV Warehouse Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our equipment is ready to shine. Your responsibilities will include:
- Equipment Preparation: Organising, inspecting, and testing AV equipment before dispatch.
- Inventory Management: Logging stock, managing returns, and keeping track of equipment.
- Repairs & Maintenance: Assisting with basic repairs and ensuring equipment is clean and well-maintained.
- Logistics Support: Assisting with packing, loading/unloading vans, and organising deliveries.
- Team Collaboration: Supporting the wider team with any warehouse or on-site needs.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for someone with:
- A passion for AV equipment or previous experience in the AV/event industry (bonus!).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical fitness to handle lifting and moving heavy equipment.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- A valid driver’s license (preferred).
- Basic technical knowledge of AV equipment (training provided for the right candidate).
