Your Role

As an AV Warehouse Assistant, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring our equipment is ready to shine. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Equipment Preparation: Organising, inspecting, and testing AV equipment before dispatch.
  • Inventory Management: Logging stock, managing returns, and keeping track of equipment.
  • Repairs & Maintenance: Assisting with basic repairs and ensuring equipment is clean and well-maintained.
  • Logistics Support: Assisting with packing, loading/unloading vans, and organising deliveries.
  • Team Collaboration: Supporting the wider team with any warehouse or on-site needs.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone with:

  • A passion for AV equipment or previous experience in the AV/event industry (bonus!).
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Physical fitness to handle lifting and moving heavy equipment.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • A valid driver’s license (preferred).
  • Basic technical knowledge of AV equipment (training provided for the right candidate).
