This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join a vibrant team environment, working on the reception desk, welcoming visitors and providing all round office support. This opportunity would suit a candidate who is friendly and approachable, with previous experience within a similar position, working on a reception desk, with strong administration experience. Salary - up to £30,000 depending on experience, plus good benefits Location - BorehamwoodHours - Monday - Friday - 8:30am - 5pm This position will be fully office based Some of the duties will include:

  • Working on the reception desk, welcoming visitors into the office
  • Managing meeting rooms
  • Distribution and collection of post
  • Management and replenishment of office supplies including stationary, meeting room supplies. milk, fruit, cleaning products and more
  • Maintaining the building and office space
  • Supporting office desk moves and redesigns
  • Working with suppliers and contractors on any maintenance issues within the office
  • Car park management and space allocation
  • Handling internal communications, sending updates across the business relating to the office
  • Supporting the events manager and marketing team
  • Support department managers with administrative tasks

The suitable candidate:

  • Previous experience within a similar position
  • Strong administration experience
  • Great organisational skills
  • Strong communication skills on all levels
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Must be local to the Borehamwood area to be able to commute
  • Must be happy to be fully office based
