Job Title: Payroll AdministratorLocation: BorehamwoodJob Type: Office basedSalary: £30,000 - £35,000Did you want to work as a Payroll Assistant for an industry recognised organisation that offers you study support, great career progression opportunities, and a dynamic working environment for a competitive salary of £35,000?Responsibilities:
  • Process weekly and monthly payroll for multiple clients, including pension administration and reconciliation with accounts.
  • Handle payroll processing tasks such as downloading, checking, attaching payslips, addressing queries, seeking approvals, and posting.
  • Manage the payroll mailbox, responding to inquiries and posting payroll information into the accounting system when required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and third parties on payroll and accounts-related matters, and assist with month-end payroll data and annual P60s.
  • Provide ad hoc support and handle miscellaneous tasks as requested by managers.
Skills Required: 
  • Previous experience working in an accountancy practice.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and eager to advance in career development.
  • Proficient in payroll processing with technical expertise in payroll systems.
  • Comfortable with new technology; experience with Bright Pay (desirable)
  • Strong attention to detail, positive attitude
