Are you an experienced payroll professional looking for a flexible, part-time role? A private healthcare company in Borehamwood is seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

Process multiple payrolls from start to finish with accuracy and speed.
Enter new starters, leavers, changes to details, statutory payments (SSP, SMP), and input hours into Sage 50 Cloud Payroll.
Manage auto-enrolment for pensions and process net payments through online banking portals.
Submit FPS (Full Payment Submissions) to HMRC.
Liaise with off-site care home administrators to ensure all payroll deadlines are met.

Person Specification:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar payroll role.
Proficient in Sage 50 Cloud Payroll.
Knowledge of tax, NI, statutory payments, and pension auto-enrolment rules.
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work to strict deadlines and with a high degree of accuracy.

Qualifications:
