We are seeking an Analytics & Systems Support Administrator to join our client’s procurement team during an exciting period of growth. This role offers the successful candidate a chance for great career progression within a dynamic and challenging environment. The position allows for hybrid working, with the option to work remotely or from their head office in Borehamwood.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Liaise with suppliers, handling queries related to pricing, supplier list tiering, and training compliance.
  • Set up new supplier accounts and maintain the preferred supplier list at a regional level.
  • Oversee contracts, ensuring they are signed by suppliers and countersigned by internal parties.
  • Manage the administration of rebate payments from suppliers and oversee fleet vehicle queries.
  • Build and develop relationships with critical internal stakeholders at the site level.
  • Resolve queries and discrepancies on supplier invoices and escalate supplier queries to Accounts Payable.
  • Manage the e-Procurement platform, including supplier due diligence.
  • Handle the Procurement inbox, responding to queries and communicating changes in the supplier portfolio to internal stakeholders.
  • Manage the Amazon business account and set up internal stakeholder access to external supplier portals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in ERP systems.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness with strong planning and organisational skills.
  • Proactive and keen to develop within the role.
  • Experienced administrator with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in a Procurement or Supply Chain function.
  • Understanding of tendering processes.
  • Educated to degree level.
