The Role:
- Lead the BDM team, drive business growth, and expand the client base
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve team performance, and drive revenue
- No travel required other than commuting, office-based role
The Person:
- Proven experience in a Senior BDM or Sales Lead role, with a strong track record of sales growth
- Engineering background ideally
- Hands-on experience in phone-based sales, cold calling, lead generation, and relationship building
- Looking to progress to Head of Sales
