The Role

This SEN Teacher role is for a small class of autistic pupils in Years 3 to 6, supported by several experienced Teaching Assistants. You will:

  • Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons tailored to the individual needs of each pupil.
  • Promote confidence, independence, and positive decision-making in students.
  • Work closely with a team of Teaching Assistants to create a supportive and structured learning environment.
  • Bring creativity, vision, and a fresh approach to your classroom practice.

  • Be a qualified teacher with strong classroom practice and a passion for SEN education.
  • Have specialist ASD knowledge demonstrated through experience and teaching practice.
