Aspire People is working with a nurturing and vibrant nursery located in Boston, committed to providing exceptional early years education.
Position: Nursery Nurse
Location: Boston
Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Following School Term Times
Pay: 90 per day
Availability: Day-to-Day or Long-Term
Start date: Immediate or September start

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a nurturing nature, a positive attitude, and a genuine love for working with young children. This role is perfect for someone looking for flexibility, as it is available for both day-to-day and long-term engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care and education to children.
* Support children's learning and development through structured and free play activities.
* Maintain a safe and stimulating environment.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support the nursery's ethos.
* Observe and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: Must have Cache Level 2-3 or other Early Years qualification.
* Experience: Previous experience working with children is essential. Ideally, this will be in a role such as Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nursery Assistant, or similar.
* Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
* Attributes: A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude towards early years education.
