Description
The Finance Business Partner's duties will include:
- Preparing monthly management accounts.
- Developing financial reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensuring accurate forecasting and budgeting.
- Managing financial audits and coordinating with external auditors.
- Complying with all financial regulations and standards.
- Advising on strategic planning and business growth.
- Coordinating with the Accounting & Finance department to streamline processes.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should:
- Have a strong background in Accounting or Finance.
- Be a part-qualified Accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent is preferred.
- Have experience working with restricted funding is highly desirable
- Have strong analytical skills with a detailed understanding of financial reporting.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work with a team.
- Have experience with accounting software and MS Office.
