GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a Cover Supervisor to work in a secondary school in Boston, supporting students in the absence of class teachers. This is a great opportunity for individuals considering a career in education or looking for classroom-based experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage a classroom, ensuring students remain engaged in learning.
• Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and provide support where needed.
• Maintain discipline in line with the school's behaviour policies.
• Offer guidance to students and support their learning progress.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a school or youth-based role is desirable.
• Confidence in managing student behaviour and leading a class.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for education and student development.
