This school is a specialist SEMH provision nestled in a peaceful village on the outskirts of Boston, providing a nurturing and supportive environment for students aged 7-17 with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs.

- You are a strong advocate for inclusive education and passionate about making a difference in the lives of vulnerable young people.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work collaboratively with students, staff, parents, and external agencies.
