GSL Education Lincoln is currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to work in a supportive school in Boston. We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to assist students across various age groups with their learning and development, ensuring they achieve their full potential.

Teaching Assistant role:
The successful Teaching Assistant will be part of an energetic and inclusive team, working closely with teachers to support the learning needs of students. You will be involved in helping students who may require additional support, assisting with classroom activities, and contributing to a positive learning environment.

The successful candidate will:

Have previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role
Be able to work effectively with both individuals and small groups of students
Be patient, empathetic, and committed to making a difference
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Be adaptable and able to support students of different abilities

Please be advised that this role requires a strong knowledge and understanding of safeguarding and child protection, and successful applicants must satisfy all background safer recruitment checks, including providing an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the update service or completing an application for a new check.
