Teaching Assistant

Simply Education are working closely with a Primary School between Boston and Spalding who are looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant to start immediately.

This position will last for the remainder of the academic year and will be working full time, Monday through to Friday.

The Teaching Assistant will be working with the whole of the EYFS class rather than on a 1:1 basis. Therefore the Teaching Assistant will need to have strong behaviour management techniques as well as being able to quickly build up a good working relationship with the learners.

The Teaching Assistant will be well supported by the class teacher along with the SENDCO. This position would be an excellent role for someone who is looking for a longer term post and who enjoys working with the whole class rather than working 1:1 with learners.

Please note all candidates are subject to a full enhanced DBS Check along with 2 years full reference checks.
