We’re on the hunt for an HRBP/Senior HR Advisor to join our clients team onsite, supporting managers and employees with expert HR advice and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.What You’ll Be Doing:- Providing hands-on HR support across employee relations, performance management, and HR policies.- Coaching and advising managers on best practices to drive employee engagement and compliance.- Managing HR processes from onboarding to retention, ensuring a positive employee experience.- Keeping HR policies up to date and aligned with employment law and business needs.- Driving engagement and well-being initiatives to create a thriving workplace.What We’re Looking For:- HR experience at Senior HR Advisor or HRBP level- Experience in a fast-paced FMCG, manufacturing, or similar environment.- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.- A confident communicator who can build relationships and influence at all levels.- Organised, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running!- CIPD qualification (or working towards) is a plus.
