As they continue to expand and grow their presence in the marketplace they are now seeking a driven and ambitious Compliance & Training Manager to join their business.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Monitor and maintain compliance with procedures, ensuring all food safety, quality, and legality requirements are met, including HACCP, BRC, and customer specifications.* Develop, review, and enforce company policies and procedures, keeping them aligned with industry standards and best practices.* Create and deliver engaging training programmes for staff, identifying skill gaps, maintaining training records, and ensuring all mandatory training is up to date.* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety policies, conducting risk assessments, and keeping procedures current and effective.* Identify and implement Technical KPIs to drive business performance, working with teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.* Investigate food safety and safety incidents, reporting findings, implementing preventative measures, and liaising with enforcement agencies when required.* Conduct internal audits, manage document control, and oversee traceability exercises to maintain robust quality management systems (QMS).* Build strong relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers, ensuring clear communication on all technical and training matters.About you:* Experience with BRC audits is required* Own transport* Full UK working rights - no sponsorship available for this position If you believe you have the skills and personality to fit these requirements please either apply via this advert or call Henderson Brown on for more information.
