Behaviour MentorÂ
Location: Boston
Start Date: January 2025
Salary: £85 - £120 per day
Are you passionate about mentoring students and making a positive impact? A secondary school in Boston is seeking a full-time Behaviour Mentor to support students in overcoming barriers to their education.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with students who exhibit challenging behaviour to foster positive relationships and build trust.
- Provide one-to-one and small group interventions.
- Support teachers in implementing behaviour management strategies.
- Act as a role model and mentor to encourage positive attitudes and behaviours.
- Collaborate with staff and parents to monitor and improve students' overall progress.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Behaviour Mentor or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of behaviour management strategies.
- Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
- Resilience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
