Great opportunity to work as an Account Coordinator at our fast-paced Boston Office.

Staffline is recruiting for an Account Coordinator to work in Boston.

Applicants will need to be flexible and mobile as they might be required to work between the sites and Boston Office once trained.

The rate of pay is £12.00 per hour.

This is a full-time role, the shift pattern will be 5 days out of 7. Shift patterns might be changed due to business requirements.

The hours of work are 6:00am to 15:00pm & 09:00am to 18:00pm.

There is a high chance of temp to perm for the right candidate!

Your Time at Work

As an Account Coordinator, your duties will include but will not be limited to:

- Handling high inbound and outbound call volumes
- Responding to job applications
- Providing a positive customer experience
- Build and maintain relationships with our onsite teams to establish a clear understanding of their client's requirements and upcoming recruitment
- Allocating workers to their shifts/bookings/planning
- Processing Payroll
- Updating records using Word and excel, and completing filing
- Tracking and updating KPIs
- Monitoring and responding to 'Have Your Say' ticketing
- Checking RTW reports
- Conducting welfare meetings (SSP candidates)
- Responding to compliance emails
- Supporting any ad hoc duties as required

Our Perfect Worker

Our perfect Account Coordinator will have the ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills. You will have a customer-centric mindset, always putting people first.

You will be comfortable answering a high volume of calls.

Good written and spoken English is also required for this role.

Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.
