This modern, progressive, multi office independent estate agency brand are now looking for a driven and sales orientated negotiator to join their busy and friendly team in Boston town centre.

This long running agents are ideally looking for an experienced property sales person to join them, but will also consider a candidate who has a proven track record in selling and meeting targets in other arenas, if they have the right characteristics and attitude for the role, this can be non property related experience.

You must be sales hungry and target driven.

They are looking for a candidate to look for the business not simply wait for the phone to ring. The successful individual will be professional, courteous, enthusiastic and possess great customer service skills. Must be used to looking for additional business opportunities and creating add on sales.

Daily duties will include but not limited to booking valuations, viewings, mortgage appointments, negotiating offers, speaking with vendors and buyers, telling clients and about new properties to the market.

A generous salary and package is being offered dependent on experience of the candidate and their sales background.
