Reed are looking for someone to join our client's dynamic team as a Site Sales Consultant and be part of a thriving estate agency that prides itself on delivering outstanding customer service. Day-to-day of the role:- Work within the New Homes Site Sales office, registering client details and managing property viewings.
- Negotiate offers between developers and buyers to secure sales.
- Engage actively with the local community to establish a strong market presence and reputation.
- Utilise various advertising channels including social media, videos, leaflets, and photography to promote properties.
- Prepare contracts and terms and conditions for sales.
- Refer clients to internal resources such as legal services and mortgage advisers.
- Collaborate with your team to achieve success and maintain high service standards.
- Generate new business through canvassing, including calling our client database and contacting homeowners.
- Demonstrable track record of success in a target-driven role within estate agency, ideally with knowledge or experience in New Homes.
- Proven reputation for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Strong communication skills, capable of engaging with people from all walks of life through various mediums including email, phone, face-to-face, and video.
- Ability to multitask and maintain momentum across various responsibilities.
- Enthusiasm for learning and continuous personal and professional development.
- Uncapped commission scheme with earnings from appointments, legal sign-ups, and sale completions.
