Job Title: Mental Health Recovery Worker
Location: Boston, Lincolnshire
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working Hours:37.5 hours a week

Shifts 37.5 hours a week 8 hour shift with 1 sleep a week £70 per enhancement rate
£28400 plus £750 hot spot allowance

Role Summary:

P4 Recruitment are working with an exceptional organisation that work to support individuals experiencing a mental illness, its offers a place of safety a home for people to stay long term to be supported with individual rehabilitation intervention plans.

- understand professional boundaries with support clients with mental health needs

- Experience of working in a similar environment /setting

- supporting vulnerable adults in a non judgemental way

- passionate and dedicate to taking on learning and training

- Good technical ability with computers and report writing / Care planning
