Sales Administrator / Progressor
A dynamic and reputable estate agency is seeking an experienced Sales Administrator / Progressor to join their team. The successful candidate will bring expertise in estate agency or conveyancing, with a strong understanding of the legal processes involved in residential property sales. This role requires a proactive, organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed.
- Progress property sales by liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors, estate agents, surveyors, and mortgage lenders.
- Effectively manage and maintain a pipeline of property sales.
- Accurately update and maintain records on the Alto CRM system, ensuring notes and progress are communicated to relevant parties.
Requirements
- Proven experience in estate agency, conveyancing, or a similar administrative role.
- Comprehensive understanding of the residential property sales process.
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with great attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and familiar with the local property market.
