Role: Service Administrator

Location: Cheadle, Stoke-on-Trent, ST10
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am-4pm / 9am-5pm
Pay: 12.82per hour
Job Description: This is an opportunity to join a well established business. Your duties would involve the below:
- Process orders via email or phone.
- Upload orders onto company CRM software.
- Check data accuracy in orders and invoices.
- Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records.
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
- Stay up to date with new products and features.
- Receive calls and direct appropriately/take accurate messages.
- Maintain an up-to-date efficient diary and customer database.
- Send/Receive Report Sheets for Engineers.
- Produce/send documentation required by customers for service visits.
- File report sheets and any other documentation for SRM.
- Highlight remedial works required.
- Follow/instigate procedure to ensure service appointments are booked.
- Invoice of completed works in line with our QMS.
- Produce maintenance, spares, and repair quotations.
- Translate Sales quotations to digital on company CRM software.
- Other ad hoc duties as required and the ability/willingness to develop the role.
Required Experience:
Experience in a similar environment is required.
The role is due to start immediately for the successful candidate.
