We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our successful client in Bourne End. You will be responsible for processing customer orders and managing incoming enquires.
Working in a friendly Customer Service team of 4, the role is office based, Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm. Salary is up to £27,000 plus benefits including 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays, excellent pension contribution and company bonus.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
- Dealing with all types of orders by understanding & anticipating their requirements
- Monitoring stock, promotions and any other special projects
- Backorders to be monitored daily
- To manage & control all Customer Repairs from start to finish
- Filing of purchase orders with picking notes to be kept up-to-date
Key Requirements
- Excellent computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication skills - both oral and written
- Strong interpersonal skills - with customer and work colleagues
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Previous experience processing orders
